The effects are just ones built into Reaper, the Digital Audio Workstation I use. Chorus, delay, and reverb. Since I only have one input I had to dub the narration after the video was recorded, which was awkward. (That's why it doesn't match up with my mouth moving.) I forgot to include examples of the "F" shape, but the first chord/arpeggio of both "Aikea-Guinea" and "Crushed" use that shape.
