Me playing the solo from 'Ghost Opera' originally played by Thomas Youngblood and Kamelot.
I really like this song for it's kind of dark and classical feel, and the guitar solo just fits in nicely. I hope you guys like the solo with the classical/film music accompaniment I arranged for it. Full orchestral cover is coming up very soon!

For recording this I used my Steve Vai Jem signature model guitar with an Yngwie Malmsteen signature pick up replacing the original single coil.
Software used is Project Sam Orchestra Essentials combined with synthesizers for the backing track and Pod Farm for the guitar. Film recorded with a Nexus tablet.

Thomas Youngblood is the guitarist, founding member behind the progressive/symphonic power metal band Kamelot from Tampa, Florida. He is the only consistent member of the band. He began playing guitar at the age of 15 and in 1991 founded Kamelot with Richard Warner. After Warner's departure, Youngblood shared songwriting duties mostly with vocalist Roy Khan.
