'Tower of Power' is the third album release for the Oakland-based band, Tower of Power. This is their most successful album to date, which was released in May 1973.
It is insanely hard to get this right rhythmically. So you can imagine what it must be like to try this with 9 people. That's one of the reasons this is - in my opinion - one of the best pop-funk tracks of all time.
You might have noticed I changed chords too soon in the end. I edited the audio (guilty!).
